Do you have Discord: [YES/NO] YES - I'm in the swrp and ttt discord
Referral(s): [What administrator recommended you to apply?] None (rip)
Past experiences as staff: [Optional] I was apart of a network (garnetgaming) that had a good amount of players that joined each day but but it slowly started to die and its not really up anymore so i chose to leave it and i had the total hours of 453 on that server. I was also staff on another server (mythicalnetworks) but eh it wasn't really good because legit NOBODY joined it so i left that one too and i was a 104th cdr there for a while, and i tried to work with others and we did but still we couldn't find a way to raise the playerbase rip my playtime for that is just 49 hours lmao.
Why should we choose you over other applicants? [Minimum 2 paragraphs] You should choose me over others because i feel i am and could be a valuable asset to the swrp Sedentary Networks staff team as i have experience with star wars RP and i'm mostly maining swrp cause thats the first thing i got into when i bought garrys mod. Also as having a past experience i'm gonna be honest, the first server i got staff on was the first swrp i ever joined. When i got staff there it wasn't that bad because i learned how to take sits, deal with other behaviours such as ddose threats, stuff like that and by the time it was like the end of my 1st month as staff i started to get the hang on it an all and most of the staff there were the people i worked with here so we'll get along real well but eh if there are some people i don't know then i will try to get to know them. Also i did learn that being a staff member is to obviously not abuse powers and to act mature in many cases. And if you are asking... Yes i did read the staff rules, and i am aware of what i should follow and i am currently going to lead the 212th Attack Battalion. When i am on i will most of the time focus half on roleplaying and staffing on the server but when it is necessary to staff more on the server then roleplaying, i will try my best to do so. And when it does come to situations that i wouldn't know the answer to or not know then i will ask a higher up for assistance if needed or if it is necessary and in most cases on the garnetgaming server i staffed on i didn't really need any assistance at all. I just hopped on to staff and learned quiet fast how to handle things after a few days. When a sit is handled normally, the player would get warned then would get some sort of punishment like "jail" for a certain amount of time. If i do say so myself i guess i can say that i am capable of joining this staff team. Lastly, i have read that there is an important rule that ALL staff must act in a mature manner, as a staff if i am having another conflict with another staff i would then go to a higher up then to rather deal with it myself and to get in trouble. That kinda did happen to me once and the conflict did end with the other staff member getting a demotion for harassment and abusing powers.
Availability?: 3-4 hours a day
Are you aware of all swrp rules?: Yes i am and in fact it is common that on swrp servers people break the rule
Do not RDM" in most cases when they rage, get demoted, stuff like that. I would then handle it in a sit and ask why the person RDM'd and let them explain and in most cases of sits, proof is needed when a player is complaining about another player who is breaking the rules. I have also read all the rules and memorized "MOST" of them. the general, chat, roleplay, commander, and court rules. As a staff member on another server rule breaking is to be taken seriously and to be handled efficiently and the best way possible. Say two friends joined a server, one friend breaks a rule and the friend "begs" the staff to let him slide. Now in most cases that wouldn't work and the rule breaker would get the necessary punishment that is needed.
About yourself?: [Minimum 2 paragraph] I am a teenager, or i guess you would say a learner. I am a high schooler and most of the time i try to focus on doing my homework first before getting on the video games and all, and i would also like to state that i am a star wars fan and i got into watching sw in 2015 (exposed!). Most of the games i have on steam arn't any better then garrys mod, i get on that check out swrp and here i am... Garry's mod was the legit first games i got on steam then i found swrp, and i really enjoyed it. I have 783 total hours on gmod atm, and thats how much of a no life i am.
Lastly... Let me be the first to say... Why are you reading the bottom of the page? Read the whole thing first and give me some feedback pls
